The Government of Canada announced the award recipients of the three federal research granting agencies, the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council NSERC).
The Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC), were awarding $1.3 billion in the latest cohort of scholarship and fellowship recipients.
These awards recognize and support the next generation of research at UBC and across Canada, doing research for the 2025/26 academic year.
